Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

banana proteinWow are these ever amazing!  And so easy to make in the blender!

1 cup Canned Black Beans (rinsed and drained) (YES  I LIKE BEANS!;)

1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

1 Scoop vanilla Protein Powder (your choice of powder)

2 Ripe Bananas

2 Large Eggs

5 chocolate chips per Muffin cup

1 tsp Baking Powder

Add all ingredients except for chocolate chips into blender and process until smooth (note I do not have a special blender just a regular Oster Blender).

Pour into tinfoil baking cups or greased muffin tin.  I poured 1/2 of the way up the tin added two chocolate chips and then the remainder and sprinkled 3 chips on top of each muffin.

Bake at 375 degrees until lightly browned on top and has a firm solid touch. (15-22 minutes).

Enjoy!   (ps If you use natural peanut butter you may want to add 3 Tbsp Honey or Maple syrup or Agave syrup to sweeten them up a bit. )
