Personal Training Rates

Information:
Sessions are 45 minutes; this includes; weekly review, warm up, core, muscle conditioning, and cool down/stretch.  Key focus is on building muscle to increase metabolism and lose weight.

Pricing Options:  ** Note HST to be applied to prices below starting January 1st, 2015.

FIT Friends: (minimum 2 people per session)
Workout with a Friend and save!
Semi Private sessions at FIT $25 /person/session.

Semi Private sessions in your home  $35/person/session
No package discount 8 sessions = $280/per person

Semi Private sessions in my home  $25/person/session
No package discount 8 sessions = $200/per person

Private Sessions:

Private Session at FIT $45 / session. Package discount 10 sessions = $425

Private Sessions in your home $55/session.   Package discount 10 sessions = $500

Private Sessions in my home $45/session.   Package discount 10 sessions = $425

NEW!  FIT FOREVER Training  $99 per person – includes weigh in, measurements and on line Health Coaching for six weeks. 

One Personal Training session at the start and one at the end of the six weeks.  Designed to get you thinking, eating and being a Healthier person!   Contact us to book your first session!  

Payment:
Sessions must be paid for at the time of booking by Cheque, Cash or Visa using the Mindbody system.

Cancellation Policy:
Appointments should be booked a minimum of a week in advance to ensure you get your preferred time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will count as a session.
Pre-paid sessions are good for six months from the date of payment.

Travel charges may apply.
